邢素霞，女，副教授，现任电子信息系副主任。
所在学院：北京工商大学计算机与信息工程学院
主要从事光电信号检测、光电成像、以及图像处理方面的教学和研究工作。主持北京市教委科技面上项目1项，北京市组织部优秀人才项目1项，参加国家自然科学基金项目1项，参与其他项目多项，以第一作者发表论文20余篇，其中SCI收录1篇，EI收录8篇,主编教材1本，学术专著2本。

主要项目情况：
（1） 主持：北京市教委面上项目“低能见度下驾驶员前方环境信息采集与融合系统研究”，项目编号：KM201010011002，起止时间：2010.1-2011.12.31. 主要负责信息采集与融合系统的总体方案设计，图像融合硬件电路的开发与实现。涉及到本课题研究中的多传感器图像的采集部分与预处理模块，是本课题的前期研究基础。
（2） 主持：北京市组织部优秀人才项目：“多传感器融合的驾驶员视觉增强技术研究”，项目编号：2009D005003000006。主要负责基于小波变换的实时图像融合算法的研究，以及其他多分辨率图像融合的研究。与本课题中的图像NSCT变换、融合决策等密切相关。
（3） 主要成员：国家青年自然科学基金：“CBIR中的高层语义特征提取和多特征的因素空间分析方法”， 项目编号：11101012. 起至时间：2012.1-2014.12.主要负责图像特征提取与综合。与本项目的特征级图像融合中的特征提取密切相关。
